Last updated 3 November 2026. This page explains, in plain words, what Joyful Events does with the details you share with us.

What we collect

• Your enquiry. The form on this site does not send anything to us or store anything on a server. It writes a message and opens WhatsApp or your email app, and you choose whether to send it. If you send it, we receive your name, number or email, date, guest count and whatever else you wrote.
• For your event. The venue address and contact details we need to plan and set up your décor.
• Basic visit data. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) for security. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which also sees your IP address. We don't use advertising trackers or cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, plan and run your booking or event, and meet our legal obligations. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for your booking or event and for our records, then we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just write to joyfullevents3@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98110 91712.
